Verification and Other Matters Relating to Conditions Precedent. Borrower authorizes the Lender and the Lender reserves the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to verify any documents and information submitted to it in connection with this Agreement. Delay or failure by the Lender to insist on satisfaction of any condition precedent will not be a waiver of such condition precedent or any other condition precedent. The making of an Advance by the Lender will not be deemed a waiver by the Lender of the occurrence of an Event of Default or an Unmatured Event of Default.
