Affirmation of Guarantees. Each of the Guarantors hereby consents to the execution and delivery of this Amendment and to the transactions contemplated hereby or in any related document and reaffirms its obligations under the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement executed by such Guarantor.
Affirmation of Guarantees. Notwithstanding that such consent is not required thereunder, the Parent, the Borrower and the Subsidiaries of the Parent and the Borrower hereby consent to the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the parties hereto and reaffirm their respective obligations under each of their respective Guaranties.
Affirmation of Guarantees. The Parent hereby consents to the ------------------------- execution and delivery of this Ninth Amendment and reaffirms its obligations under Article X of the Credit Agreement.
Affirmation of Guarantees. Notwithstanding that such consent is not required thereunder, each of the Guarantors hereby consent to the execution and delivery of this Consent and First Amendment and reaffirm their respective obligations under each of their respective Guaranty Agreements.
Affirmation of Guarantees. Each Guarantor party hereto hereby consents to the execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment and reaffirms its obligations under the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
Affirmation of Guarantees. Notwithstanding that such consent is not required thereunder, the undersigned Guarantors hereby consent to the execution and delivery of this Amendment and Nexstar Consent and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby and reaffirm their respective obligations under each of their respective Guaranty Agreements, which Guaranty Agreements shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the consummation of such transactions.
Affirmation of Guarantees. Each of the Guarantors confirms and agrees that the Guarantees remain in full force and effect on the terms contemplated by the Indenture, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture.
Affirmation of Guarantees. Each of Holdings and each Subsidiary party to the Subsidiaries Guarantee hereby consents to the execution and delivery of this Amendment and Waiver and reaffirms its obligations under the Guarantee executed by such Person.
Affirmation of Guarantees. The Parent hereby consents to the execution and delivery of this Third Amendment and reaffirms its obligations under Article X of the Credit Agreement.
Affirmation of Guarantees. Each Obligor confirms to the Finance Parties that on and after the Effective Date: (i) its obligations as a Guarantor continue in full force and effect and (ii) the reference to Finance Documents in Schedule 11 of the Restated Agreement shall be construed as including the Restated Agreement and the amendment agreements to the Security Documents referred to in Schedule 2 (CONDITIONS PRECEDENT).
