Common use of Representations by Executive Clause in Contracts

Representations by Executive. The Executive represents and warrants that he has full right, power and authority to execute this Agreement and perform his obligations hereunder and that this Agreement has been duly executed by the Executive and such execution and the performance of this Agreement by the Executive do not and will not result in any conflict, breach or violation of or default under any other agreement or any judgment, order or decree to which the Executive is a party or by which he is bound. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that any material breach of the representations set forth in this Section 13 will constitute Cause under Section 6.

Representations by Executive. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that any material breach of the representations set forth in this Section 13 will constitute Cause under Section 6.
