Representations by Executive. Executive represents and warrants that he is free to enter into and perform each of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and that his execution and/or performance of all his obligations under this Agreement does not and will not violate or breach any other agreement between Executive and any other person or entity. Executive acknowledges that but for this representation and warranty, the Company would not agree to enter into this Agreement.
