Common use of Representations in Certificates Clause in Contracts

Representations in Certificates. The representations and information set forth in the certificates, statements, reports and other documents to be provided to the Servicer and the Authority in connection with the purchase by the Servicer of each Mortgage Loan will be true and accurate and contain no untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the information, in such certificate, statement, report and other documents not misleading, and may be relied upon by the Servicer and the Authority.
