REPRESENTATIONS OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER represents and warrants: a. that he is financially solvent and that he is experienced in and competent to perform the type of work and to furnish the plant and materials, supplies, or equipment, to be so performed or furnished by him; and
