Common use of Representations of Licensee Clause in Contracts

Representations of Licensee. Licensee represents and warrants to County as follows: a. Licensee, and those individuals executing this License on behalf of Licensee, represent and warrant that they are familiar with Section 18-8-301, et seq. of the Colorado Revised Statutes (Bribery and Corrupt Influences) and Section 18-8-401, et seq. of the Colorado Revised Statutes (Abuse of Public Office) and that no violations of the provisions thereof are present. b. Licensee, and those individuals executing this License on behalf of Licensee, represent and warrant that to the best of their knowledge no employee of Pitkin County has personal or beneficial interest whatsoever in this License or in the business to be conducted upon the Location by the Licensee.
