Representations Regarding Gateway or Licensed Marks. MPC shall not represent or imply that Licensee is in fact Gateway, or is a part of Gateway. MPC shall not represent or imply that it holds any ownership interest in the Licensed Marks. MPC shall not challenge Gateway’s ownership of the Licensed Marks, use any trademarks, service marks, trade names or logos confusingly similar to the Licensed Marks, or register any trademarks, service marks, trade names or logos identical or confusingly similar to the Licensed Marks in any jurisdiction, whether in its own name or otherwise. MPC shall acquire no rights by implication, estoppel or otherwise, except as expressly granted herein. All rights not expressly granted to MPC are reserved for Gateway.
