Common use of Representations Regarding Use of Services Clause in Contracts

Representations Regarding Use of Services. The MLP Group Parties hereto represent and agree that they will use (and cause any other MLP Group members controlled by them to use) the EPCO Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by the EPCO Group to the MLP Group. EPCO, as agent for, and acting on behalf of, the EPCO Group, reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the EPCO Services for the MLP Group that it reasonably believes is required to be terminated in order to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
