Representations Regarding Use of Services. The ARP Entities and represent and agree that it will use the Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by Xxxxxxxxx Energy to such entities. Xxxxxxxxx Energy reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the Services, that it reasonably believes is required to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
