Common use of Representations to Survive Clause in Contracts

Representations to Survive. The respective agreements, representations, warranties and other statements of Verizon or its officers and of the Investment Entity or its officers and the agreements of SpinCo, in each case set forth in or made pursuant to this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect, regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of the Investment Entity, Verizon, SpinCo or any of their respective officers, and shall survive the Closing.
