Representations, Warranties, Undertakings and Obligations to Survive. The representations, warranties, undertakings and obligations of the Parties provided in this Agreement, or made by or on behalf of a Party, shall be in full force and effect and shall remain valid after the delivery of the Equity Interest and payment of considerations, regardless of any investigation (or statement on any investigation result) made by or on behalf of a Party.
