Representative Code of Conduct. All Clients of RelyLocal agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct.
a) I will be honest and fair in my dealings as a RelyLocal Territory Owner and Representative. I not provided false or misleading information in application or resume to RelyLocal and will not provide false or misleading information to my clients.
b) I will perform my business in a manner that will enhance my reputation and the positive reputation established by RelyLocal. This includes criminal conduct (public arrest and/or jail time) while an active licensee that could damage the RelyLocal brand. I understand criminal background checks are of public record and that RelyLocal may perform such criminal background checks from time to time.
c) I will be courteous and respectful of every person I contact in the course of my activities including executives and employees of RelyLocal.
d) I will not misrepresent RelyLocal, their products or services.
e) I will not engage in deceptive or illegal practices.
f) I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all financial and/or legal obligations I incur in the course of my business as a Client and that RelyLocal is a software as a service provider for which I am licensing the right to us RelyLocal’s programming, emails, technical support, logos, marks, trademarks and intellectual property for which I am a guest of RelyLocal in using their services and products in the course of my own business.
Representative Code of Conduct. Representatives are required to follow this Code of Conduct to ensure a speedy and comprehensive admission process for students. Following this Code of Conduct will also ensure that Representatives receive all payments due to them in a timely manner. In working with its Representatives, Edinburgh College (“the College”) has certain guidelines which must be adhered to: The College should be assured that the Representative has properly counselled and represented the College to the student in a fair and accurate way. The Representative must have a business address and company details. The Representative will ensure that all application forms are completed with their company details and send all correspondence through a business email or business postal address. Commission payments will be released after an invoice is received in accordance with the terms of the agreement between the College and the Representative. All invoices will be submitted on company headed paper with invoice or reference number, details of students claimed for, commission rate, course fees and payment details. All invoices should show the rate of commission as per the Representative Agreement. All Representatives must adhere to the College application process as detailed below: Representatives may assist students with the application and course selection as required, however a course MUST be selected at the point of application. All applications must have Representative’s details completed in order for commissions to be payable. All sections of the application must be completed or applications will be returned. All previous studies must be listed in full, and English Language details supplied. All academic and English Language certificates must be submitted with the application. English Language courses require documentary evidence of English study experience only, except where progression to a further course of study has been identified. All students must complete a personal statement. This will be considered as part of the application and so should include details of any relevant work experience or knowledge. Complete applications may be submitted electronically or by post. Passport copies are requested where available. Bank statement copies may be requested from markets where we believe this will aid visa application.
