Common use of Represented Accounts Clause in Contracts

Represented Accounts. If a Noteholder is acting on behalf of a Represented Account hereunder, such Noteholder has (i) sole investment discretion with respect to each such Represented Account, (ii) full power to make the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants on behalf of such Represented Account and (iii) the contractual authority to enter into this Agreement and to carry out the transactions contemplated hereby with respect to such Represented Account.
