Request for a New Inspection. When the Violation concerns a product, documentation or conditions at the Producer’s farm or a facility involved in the production or storage of the product, the Producer may request a new inspection before the FCAC review meeting to re-document conditions. The Producer must make this request within five business days of receiving the Penalty Notice, and pay $350 for such an inspection. If the re-inspection resolves the Violation then the Violation will be removed from the Producer’s record.
