Request for Additional Credit. Contractor may make a written request for additional credit for cases Contractor believes required an extraordinary amount of time, effort, or expense, etc., on cases closed since the preceding periodic review (see Section 5.7). Only PDSC may approve additional credit for cases assigned under this contract. Contractors shall not make requests of the court or court staff to approve additional credit.
