Rights of Contractor. Contractor may do similar work for others any time it wishes, including on the same day it does work for On The Rocks and On The Rocks’s clients, as long as the Contractor fulfills it obligations under this Agreement. On The Rocks shall not have a priority on the Contractor’s time and effort.
Rights of Contractor. The City, during the term of this Contract, shall not enter into any contract with a third party to obtain the services performed by the Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall at all times have the right of first refusal to the collection of Dead Animals From Residential Units which right shall be exercised or waived immediately on notice from the Residential Unit, and shall be deemed waived if the Residential Unit so elects upon a lower cost being offered by any third party.

16.1.1 If the entire Work should be suspended for a period of thirty (30) days by order of Owner, or if Owner should fail to pay to Contractor within fifteen (15) days after any payment becomes due and payable to Contractor hereunder, through no act or fault of Contractor or any Subcontractor or the agents or employees of either or any person performing any of the Work under a contract with Contractor, then upon seven (7) additional days' written notice to Owner and Architect, Contractor may stop the Work until payment of the amount owing has been received or the suspension order lifted.
16.1.2 The Contract Time shall be adjusted and the Contract Sum shall be increased by the amount of the Contractor's reasonable duration and costs of the shutdown, delay and startup, which shall be effected by appropriate Change Order in accordance with Paragraph 12.1.
