Common use of Request for Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Request for Disclosure. No Receiving Party shall disclose any Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party. In the event any Receiving Party receives any valid request (by oral questions, interrogatories, requests for information or documents, subpoena, civil investigative demand or similar process) to disclose (i) any Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party or (ii) any information relating to Receiving Party’s opinion, judgment or recommendations concerning the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party shall provide the Disclosing Party with prompt written notice of such request so that the Disclosing Party may seek an appropriate protective order and/or waive Receiving Party’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement.
