Request for Final Judgment. 13 Within five (5) business days of the Court’s entry of an Order granting Final Approval of 14 the Settlement, Class Counsel shall cause to be filed with the Court a Request for Final Judgment 15 in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Settlement. The Final Judgment shall specify 16 that the Court shall retain jurisdiction over the parties to enforce the terms of the judgment.
