Order on Notice and Preliminary Approval means an order of the Court, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Order on Notice and Preliminary Approval means an order of the Court preliminarily approving the Settlement and providing direction for Class Counsel to give Notice to the Class. The Parties shall submit a proposed Order on Notice and Preliminary Approval in the form attached as Exhibit D.
Examples of Order on Notice and Preliminary Approval in a sentence
If the Court preliminarily approves this settlement, Notice shall be given to the Class in a form and manner jointly approved by the Parties, in accordance with the Notice specifications approved by the Court in its Order on Notice and Preliminary Approval.
As soon as practicable following the execution of this Settlement Agreement, Plaintiff shall move the Court for entry of the Order on Notice and Preliminary Approval, in a form to be agreed on by the Parties but substantially in conformance with Exhibit D attached hereto.
