Common use of REQUEST FOR INSTRUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

REQUEST FOR INSTRUCTIONS. At any time, Sunstone may request Instructions from the Trust with respect to any matter arising in connection with this Agreement. If such Instructions are not received within a reasonable time, then Sunstone may seek advice from legal counsel for the Trust, or its own legal counsel at the expense of the Trust, and it shall not be liable for any action taken or not taken by it in good faith in accordance with such Instructions or in accordance with advice of counsel.
