Common use of Request for Notice to Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Request for Notice to Mortgage. The Mortgagee of any Mortgage or deed of trust encumbering the Property, or any part or interest thereof, who has submitted a request in writing to the City in the manner specified herein for giving notices shall be entitled to receive written notification from the City of any notice of non-compliance by Developer in the performance of Developer’s obligations under this Agreement.
