Request for Opinions. (a) The Company and BCI hereby request and authorize Xxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, as their counsel in this transaction, to issue on behalf of the Company and BCI, such legal opinions to the Underwriter, its counsel, the Trustee and the Rating Agencies as may be required by any and all documents, certificates or agreements executed in connection with this Agreement.
