Request for Vote. 1. Any Faculty member who has accrued leave and intends to retire may submit a written request to the Federation President on or before December 1 requesting a vote of eligible Faculty intending to retire in the next calendar year in order to determine if a majority would prefer to ―opt out‖ of the VEBA Medical Expense Plan for that year.
