Request to Transfer Registration. Only the Registrant of the Registration and Domain, may initiate a request to transfer the Registration from a particular registrar to us (incoming transfer) or from us to another registrar (outgoing transfer). Therefore, you hereby represent that you have the full and complete authority as the holder of the Registration and domain to initiate any transfer, or as a contact listed on the current Registration, that you have been given full and complete authority by the Registrant to initiate the transfer. We at our sole discretion may require you to provide documentation that proves that you are the valid Registrant and you have the authority to issue the transfer request.
