Request Work. The CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that only Director is authorized to request or order work under this CONTRACT. The CONTRACTOR acknowledges that the designated authorized representative is not authorized to request or order any work that would result in the CONTRACTOR earning an aggregate compensation more than this CONTRACT's Maximum Contract Sum.
