Requested and Approved Services. The terms of this Master Contract may not be varied by the Parties except in accordance with a written Request for Services which has been executed by both Company and Contractor. Contractor will begin each particular job at such time as is agreed between Contractor and Company. Contractor shall furnish work/delivery tickets and receipts for all Services for the review and approval of Company. All Services authorized by Company shall be performed subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Master Contract. Any printed language on Contractor's forms, including, but not limited to, limitations on warranties or indemnification, shall not control in determining the rights or obligations of the Parties. Except as mutually agreed otherwise, time hereunder shall be considered to be of the essence.
