Requests for Services. Members shall be required to reimburse Company for any services, including COVID-19 Related Medical Transport Services, requested by the Member or their Designated Representative that do not qualify under the terms and conditions for such services under this Agreement. At the discretion of Company, Company may require that the Member guarantee payment by credit card or other means acceptable to Company before such services are provided, and Company shall be under no obligation to provide such services should guarantee or payment not be executed.

Requests for Services. Domestic outloading onto Road Transport (a) QBT will provide the Outloading Services to the Client upon the receipt of the Domestic Outloading Request Form no later than 3pm on the business day prior to the date that the Client wishes to outload. (b) The Client must receive an acceptance notification by QBT by 5pm on the business day prior to the date that the Client wishes to outload. (c) QBT will advise Client of booking times for the outloading of product.
Requests for Services. ATNCo., VITELCO and VCI shall have no obligation to perform any services hereunder except such as may be requested of them by the Company on reasonable notice to them, and they shall not be entitled to any payments under Section 1.02 from the Company except for services requested of them by the Company.

Requests for Services. With the exception of the initial implementation of the Services on the CSA Establishment Date, requests Purchasers for new accounts and/or additional Containers to an existing account as a result of a Draw Down are to receive delivery of Containers to their premises at the locations stipulated no later than 10 business days after the date the Draw Down was sent to the Offeror. It is expected that a significant number of separate accounts held by a large number of Purchasers will be created through the use of the CSA. Each account may have more than one premise, and therefore may require itemized invoicing by separate address and/or by separate location within one premise. Some individual Purchasers will require a large number of separate accounts. All Services to the Purchasers will be carried out between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm local time Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed to by the Purchaser and the Contractor. The Contractor will provide the pick-up and related portions of the Services at the service frequencies listed in Schedule H. If a scheduled service day for emptying Containers or picking up File Boxes falls on a holiday when the Purchaser’s site is closed, services will be scheduled on the next business day. Purchasers may elect to have less frequent service than is offered by the Offeror for the Purchaser’s community and will only be charged the price per Container per actual occasion that the Contractor visited a given location within a Purchaser’s premise to provide the Services. As an example, if an Offeror provides a weekly frequency of service to a particular Purchaser’s community, the Purchaser can elect to have the Services provided every three weeks and the Purchaser will only be invoiced the per Container price for the date(s) that a visit to the premise and given location of the applicable Container was performed by the Contractor within a calendar month.
Requests for Services. 5.1 The Employer may order any of the Training Services by making a request (‘a Request for Services’) to the Training Provider pursuant to this clause 5. 5.2 The Training Provider shall provide the Agreed Services from the date specified in the Request for Services that relates to those services. 5.3 Each Request for Services shall be processed in the following manner. 5.4 The Employer shall specify in writing to the Training Provider the Training Services that it wishes to procure (‘the Requested Services’) and shall provide the Training Provider with such information as the Training Provider may require in order to enable the Training Provider to prepare a draft Request for Services for the Requested Services. 5.5 Following receipt of the information requested pursuant to clause 5.4 the Training Provider shall, as soon as reasonably practicable either: 5.5.1 inform the Employer that it declines to provide the Requested Services; or 5.5.2 provide the Employer with a draft Request for Services. 5.6 Each Request for Services shall state: 5.6.1 the services to be provided by the Training Provider; 5.6.2 the timetable for their performance; 5.6.3 the Charges; 5.6.4 whether the Requested Services are Levy Funded; 5.6.5 whether the Employer or the Training Provider shall be responsible for recording the required details of the Apprenticeship with the ESFA; and 5.6.6 the matters listed in the template request for services set out in Schedule 6. 5.7 If the Training Provider intends to sub-contract all or part of the Requested Services, the Request for Services shall also specify: 5.7.1 the Apprenticeship training and/or on-programme assessment that will be directly delivered by the Training Provider; 5.7.2 the amount of funding to be retained for direct delivery of the Apprenticeship training and/or on-programme assessment that each subcontractor will contribute to the Employer’s Apprenticeship programme; 5.7.3 the amount of funding payable by the Training Provider to each subcontractor for their contribution; 5.7.4 the amount of funding to be retained by the Training Provider to manage and monitor each subcontractor; 5.7.5 the support that the Training Provider will provide to each subcontractor in exchange for the amount of funding retained; 5.7.6 the monitoring that the Training Provider will undertake to ensure the quality of the apprentice training and/or on-programme assessment; and 5.7.7 any actual or perceived conflict of interest between the Training Pr...
