Common use of Requested by City Clause in Contracts

Requested by City. The City, without invalidating this Agreement, may order changes in the Work within the general scope of this Agreement consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions, the Agreement price and time being adjusted accordingly. All such changes in the Work ordered by the City shall be authorized by written Addendum to this Agreement, and shall be executed under the applicable conditions of the Agreement.
