Common use of Requested Changes Clause in Contracts

Requested Changes. Tenant shall make no changes or modifications to the Approved Plans without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld in Landlord’s reasonable discretion if such change or modification would directly or indirectly delay the substantial completion of construction of the Tenant Improvement Work and/or increase the cost of designing or constructing the Tenant Improvement Work, or for any other reasonable reason. All such requests for changes and consent shall be subject to the procedures set forth in Paragraph 5 of this Improvement Agreement.

If Tenant shall desires to make no any changes or modifications to the Approved final Plans without the following approval thereof, Tenant must obtain Landlord’s prior written consent of Landlord, (which consent may shall not be withheld in Landlord’s reasonable discretion if such change unreasonably withheld, conditioned or modification would directly or indirectly delay the substantial completion of construction of the Tenant Improvement Work and/or increase the cost of designing or constructing the Tenant Improvement Work, or for any other reasonable reasondelayed). All such requests for changes and consent shall be subject to the procedures set forth in Paragraph paragraph 5 of this Improvement Agreementhereof.
