This Letter of Agreement removes the proposal from the 2015-2017 bargaining table. There shall be a status quo period wherein no unilateral changes of diving rates or rental reimbursements will occur until the Parties mutually agree to a change. That agreement would be evidenced by a Letter of Agreement, signed by the Parties, detailing the rates of pay and of reimbursement. The Parties agree that the timeframe for the study and for concluding the interim bargaining shall be on or about March 15, 2016, so that the rates are in place prior to diving season.
