Common use of Requesting a drawdown Clause in Contracts

Requesting a drawdown. (a) If the Borrower wants a drawdown, the Obligors' Agent must provide a written Drawdown Notice to the Financier by 11:00am (London time)at least 2 Business Days prior to the requested Drawdown Date (or such later time as the Financier may agree). (b) The minimum amount of a Drawing is the lesser of: (i) US$1,000,000; and (ii) the Undrawn Facility Limit.
