Common use of Requesting Media Events Clause in Contracts

Requesting Media Events. The Recipient or Ontario may request a media event, announcement or recognition of key milestones related to Project. In requesting a media event or an announcement, the Party requesting the event will provide at least twenty (20) Business Days’ notice to the other Party of its intention to undertake such an event. The event will take place at a date and location that is mutually agreed to by the Parties. The Parties will have the opportunity to participate in such events through a designed representative. Each participant will choose its designated representative.
