No Substitution Sample Clauses
No Substitution. Institution and Principal Investigator may not reassign the conduct of the Trial to a different Principal Investigator without prior written authorization from Sponsor. Any replacement Principal Investigator will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in a separate writing. In the event Sponsor does not approve a replacement Principal Investigator, Sponsor or Syneos Health may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the Termination provisions below.
No Substitution. This Schedule shall be construed consistently with but does not substitute for any requirements or procedures in relation to Aboriginal consultation or the Section 35 Duty that may be imposed by a ministry, board, agency or other regulatory decision-maker acting pursuant to laws and regulations. Such decision-makers may have additional obligations or requirements. Nonetheless, the intent of the Province is to promote coordination among provincial ministries, boards and agencies with roles in consulting with Aboriginal Groups so that the responsibilities outlined in this Agreement may be fulfilled efficiently and in a manner that avoids, to the extent possible, duplication of effort by Aboriginal Groups, the Recipient, the Province, and provincial ministries, boards, agencies and other regulatory decision-makers.
No Substitution. No Contract provides for the substitution, exchange or addition of any Financed Vehicle subject to such Contract.
No Substitution. No substitution of materials, equipment, articles or processes required specifically identified in the Contract Documents will be made without written approval of Owner's Project Manager.

No Substitution. Nothing contained in Section 8.1 shall be construed to represent a substitution for compensation already paid to or earned by Executive. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to receive all amounts in respect of the period prior to the date of termination otherwise payable herein (without double counting), including such payments provided for in Sections 4 and 5.

If Investigator is unable to perform the duties required under this Agreement, Provider and Investigator shall promptly notify the Sponsor in writing. If a replacement acceptable to the Sponsor is not available, this Agreement may be terminated under Section 18.1(c)(2). Any replacement investigator will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in a separate writing.
