Common use of Requesting Money Clause in Contracts

Requesting Money. You may request money from another User. You understand and acknowledge that Users to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither we nor Xxxxx guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Xxxxx accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelleus, its Xxxxx, and our respective owners, directors, officers officers, agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. To send or receive requests for money, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle directly through their financial institution's online or mobile banking service. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

Requesting Money. You may request money from another UserUser using their U.S. mobile phone number or email address; Recipients who are not enrolled with another Network Bank are not eligible. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using a U.S. mobile phone number or email address belonging to the User or Recipient. You may also request money from multiple Users at the same time using the Split Payment (also referred to as “Split”) feature when using a consumer account. Each User receives a separate payment request from you. You understand and acknowledge that Users to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither we nor Xxxxx guarantee Zelle guarantees that you will receive money from other Users by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Xxxxx accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this Agreement, you You agree to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between You and the Recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Zelle. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Bank, Zelle, its and Network Banks and any owners, directors, officers agents officers, agents, employees, and representatives of the Bank, Zelle, or Network Xxxxx Banks, from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers officers, agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

Requesting Money. You may request money from another User. Each time you request money from another User, you represent that • You understand and acknowledge that Users to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither • Requests for money must be sent to a User’s mobile phone number or email address; neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Xxxxx accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. • If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx Zelle may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this AgreementWe are not obligated to notify you, nor do we have any knowledge, if a request you send has been received by another User. • If you request money from another User and are notified that the User does not wish to receive requests or that the User disputes or disclaims the obligation, you agree will not make repeat requests from that you User. • You are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Zelle Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request will send requests for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amountsonly for legitimate and lawful purposes. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxxrecipient. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle will review or verify such requests. Neither we nor Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive offensive, or unwelcome by the recipient.

You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. You understand and acknowledge that Users to whom you send payment requests Zelle® Payment Requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle® guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a payment requestZelle® Payment Request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle® accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx Zelle® may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not to send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this Agreement, you You agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Zelle® Payment Service to to: (i) request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debtdebt (as a debt collector); to (ii) request money that is owed to another person; or to (iii) collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle®, its owners, directors, officers officers, agents and Network Xxxxx Financial Institutions from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money Zelle® Payment Request that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests Zelle® Payment Requests from other Users, and to only send requests a Zelle® Payment Request for legitimate and lawful purposes. Zelle® Payment Requests for money are solely between the sender Requestor and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle®. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle® assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for moneyRequestor. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money Zelle® Payment Requests in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests Zelle® Payment Requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient. Zelle® Small Business Service Users may not send Zelle® Payment Requests to Users enrolled with Zelle® through the Zelle® mobile handset application.

By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's ’s fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient. For Small Business Customers, you may not send payment request to Out of Network Users enrolled with Zelle®.

If a User user ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this Agreementthese Terms of Use, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from Banks form and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's ’s fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, Users and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and the recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx Banks from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's ’s fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx Financial Institutions from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money Zelle Payment Request that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests Zelle Payment Requests from other Users, and to only send requests a Zelle Payment Request for legitimate and lawful purposes. Zelle Payment Requests for money are solely between the sender Requestor and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for moneyRequestor. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money Zelle Payment Requests in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests Zelle Payment Requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

Requesting Money. (i) You may send a text message via the PTPP Service to request money from a recipient holding an Out-of-Network Bank Account or an account at a Network Bank, if you have a valid mobile phone number for such recipient and the Network Bank or Finastra sends text messages at that mobile phone number to the recipient. If a request for transfer is subsequently cancelled by the requestor, and the sender has initiated a transfer tied to that request, the transfer will be Cancelled unless it is a Current Day transfer, the transfer is already accepted, or it is after the Cutoff Time on the Send On date. (ii) You may request money from another Useran individual. You understand and acknowledge that Users individuals to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither we nor Xxxxx We do not guarantee that you will receive money from other Users individuals by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Xxxxx accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User an individual ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that Userindividual. We have the right to expire all pending payment requests sent by you after a period of time determined by us from time to time, which is currently set at 14 days from the Send On date. (iii) By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are will not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the PTPP Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify. (iv) By using the PTPP Service, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Usersothers, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxxus. Neither we nor Xxxxx We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. . (v) We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

Neither we nor Xxxxx guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment Payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelleus, its Xxxxx, their owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. Requesting Money. (a) You may also send a text message via the Service to request money from a recipient holding a Out-of- Network Bank Account or an account at a Network Bank, if you have a valid mobile phone number for such recipient and the Network Bank or Zelle sends text messages at that mobile phone number to the recipient. If a request for transfer is subsequently cancelled by the requestor, and the sender has initiated a transfer tied to that request, the transfer will be Cancelled unless it is a Current Day transfer, the transfer is already accepted, or it is after the Cutoff Time on the Send On date. (b) You may request money from another Useran individual or a group of individuals (up to a maximum number as determined by us from time to time) registered with clearXchange, Zelle or a Network Bank. You understand and acknowledge that Users individuals to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither we nor Xxxxx We do not guarantee that you will receive money from other Users individuals by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Xxxxx accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User an individual ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that Userindividual. We have the right to expire all pending payment requests sent by you after a period of time determined by us from time to time, which is currently set at 14 days from the Send On date. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Bank, Zelle, its and Network Banks and any owners, directors, officers agents officers, agents, employees, and representatives of the Bank, Zelle, or Network Xxxxx Banks, from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. Neither we nor Xxxxx or Zelle accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx Zelle may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this AgreementWe have no obligation to advise you on whether or not the request has been received. ▪ You will not make or repeat a request for money to a User after you have received notice from any person that either: • the User does not wish to receive a request for money from you, you or • the User disputes or disclaims the obligation for which the request is made. ▪ You agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. ▪ You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers officers, agents and Network Xxxxx Banks from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. ▪ You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. ▪ You agree that we may hold funds we receive on your behalf for a reasonable period of time while attempting to identify a Deposit Account if you have either: • not yet identified a Deposit Account, or • closed your prior Deposit Account but still have other accounts open with us. ▪ We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

You To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx Banks from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us us, by Zelle, or by Xxxxxother Network Banks. Neither we nor Xxxxx we, Zelle, or the other Network Banks assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. You understand and agree that we make no representations or warranties concerning the genuineness or accuracy of any request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

You may also send a text message via the Service to request money from a recipient holding an Out-of-Network Bank Account or an account at a Network Bank, if you have a valid mobile phone number for such recipient and the Network Bank or Zelle sends text messages at that mobile phone number to the recipient. If a request for transfer is subsequently cancelled by the requestor, and the sender has initiated a transfer tied to that request, the transfer will be Cancelled unless it is a Current Day transfer, the transfer is already accepted, or it is after the Cutoff Time on the Send On date. b. You may request money from another Useran individual or a group of individuals (up to a maximum number as determined by us from time to time) registered with clearXchange, Zelle or a Network Bank. You understand and acknowledge that Users individuals to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelleus, its Xxxxx, our and their owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

Requesting Money. You may request money from another User. Each time you request money from another User, you represent that  You understand and acknowledge that Users to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither  Requests for money must be sent to a User’s mobile phone number or email address; neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Xxxxx accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request.  If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx Zelle may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this AgreementWe are not obligated to notify you, nor do we have any knowledge, if a request you send has been received by another User.  If you request money from another User and are notified that the User does not wish to receive requests or that the User disputes or disclaims the obligation, you agree will not make repeat requests from that you User.  You are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Zelle Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order.  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request will send requests for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amountsonly for legitimate and lawful purposes. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxxrecipient. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle will review or verify such requests. Neither we nor Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive offensive, or unwelcome by the recipient.

By accepting this AgreementZelle®Services Addendum, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle®, its owners, directors, officers agents agents, insurers and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, Users and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposespurposes as permitted by this Agreement. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle®. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle® assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient, or in any way prohibited by this Agreement.

Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

By accepting this Mobile Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Transfer Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, Zelle, its and our respective owners, directors, officers officers, agents and Network Xxxxx Banks from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's ’s fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. If a User ignores your request, we CSB may decide or Xxxxx may decide, in our sole discretion, that we CSB will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us CSB or by Xxxxx. Neither we CSB nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. We reserve CSB reserves the right, but assume assumes no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem CSB deems such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers agents and Network Xxxxx Banks from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's ’s fees, resulting from from, or arising out of of, any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf behalf, or on behalf of the sender sender, of a request for money. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. • Tell us your name and account number, if any. • Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information. • Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days (Monday through Friday, except designated holidays). We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days* after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days** to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we may credit your account within 10 business days* for the amount you think is in error, so that you may have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account. We will tell you the results of our investigation within three business days after we finish our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. By accepting this Zelle Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Zelle Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that moneythat is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that amountsthat are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its ownersitsowners, directors, officers officers, agents and Network Xxxxx from Banks f rom and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive money requests from f rom other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between solelybetween the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Xxxxx. Neither we nor Xxxxx assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. You understand and agree that: • All requests for money must be delivered to an email address if a User has not registered a mobile phone number with us, Zelle or a Participating Financial Institution. • You understand and acknowledge that Users to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Xxxxx or Zelle accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Xxxxx Zelle may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. By accepting this AgreementWe have no obligation to advise you on whether or not the request has been received. • You will not make or repeat a request for money to a User after you have received notice from any person that either: • the User does not wish to receive a request for money from you, you or • the User disputes or disclaims the obligation for which the request is made. • You agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle, its owners, directors, officers officers, agents and Network Xxxxx Banks from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any request for money that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. • You agree to receive money requests from other Users, and to only send requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Requests for money are solely between the sender and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by XxxxxZelle. Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the sender of a request for money. • You agree that we may hold funds we receive on your behalf for a reasonable period of time while attempting to identify a Deposit Account if you have either: • not yet identified a Deposit Account, or • closed your prior Deposit Account but still have other accounts open with us. • We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send requests for money in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient.

Neither we nor Xxxxx Zelle® guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a payment request, or that you will receive the amount that you request.
