REQUESTS FOR CONSULTATIONS. Either the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or the Project Manager or Human Resources Manager shall request a meeting to confer upon matters that are in the Grievance Procedure or may be grieved. Any time spent in consultation shall extend the filing deadline for the Grievance discussed. The starting and completion dates and times shall be recorded for the consultation period. The Company and the Union shall retain a copy.
