Requests for Customer Information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, Customer agrees that Mojo may, without notice to Customer, provide any information, including Confidential Information, it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.
Requests for Customer Information. Customer agrees that Hearken Media may, without notice to Customer, (i) report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by Customer or any of Customer’s customers or end users that Hearken Media reasonably and in good faith believes violates applicable law, and (ii) provide any information that it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.

Customer agrees that Website Solution may, without notice to Customer, (i) report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by Customer or any of Customer’s customers or end users that Website Solution believes violates applicable law, and (ii) provide any information that it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.

Customer agrees that Velox Host may, without notice to Customer, (i) report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by Customer or any of Customer’s customers or end users that Velox Host believes violates applicable law, and (ii) provide any information that it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.

CityLink may provide any information, including Confidential Information, it has about Customer, or its clients, customers or end users, in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.

Customer agrees that Just199 Hosting may, without notice to Customer, (i) report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by Customer or any of Customer's customers or end users that Just199 Hosting believes violates applicable law, and (ii) provide any information that it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.

Customer agrees that Xxxxx Digital may, without notice to Customer, (i) report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by Customer or any of Customer’s customers or end users that Xxxxx Digital reasonably and in good faith believes violates applicable law, and (ii) provide any information that it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.

Customer agrees that Xxxxxxxxxx Enterprises, Inc. may, without notice to Customer, (i) report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by Customer or any of Customer’s customers or end users that Xxxxxxxxxx Enterprises, Inc. believes violates applicable law, and (ii) provide any information that it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.

Customer agrees that WHITE LIGHT HOSTING LTD may, without notice to Customer, (i) report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by Customer or any of Customer's customers or end users that WHITE LIGHT HOSTING LTD believes violates applicable law, and (ii) provide any information that it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.
