Common use of Requests for Funds Clause in Contracts

Requests for Funds. Subrecipient shall request grant funds in such form and manner as is satisfactory to or required by Agency. Further, in accordance with U.S. Department of Treasury Regulations, 31 CFR Part 205, implementing the Cash Management Improvement Act, Subrecipient shall limit any request for funds to the minimum amount needed to accomplish its described purposes and to time the request in accordance with the actual, immediate requirements in carrying out Grant programs to be funded through the Request for Funds. Submission of proper account records showing revenue and expenditures for the reporting period must be submitted as documentation to support the amounts being requested. The foregoing requirements apply to all Grant funds requested under this Agreement.
