Requests for Termination. The termination of this Charter may be requested by a majority of the parents or guardians of the students enrolled in the Charter School, a majority of the faculty and instructional staff employed at the Charter School, the Local Board or the State Board following the procedures identified in Section 24(a).

Requests for Termination. The termination of this Charter may be requested by a majority of the parents or guardians of the students enrolled in the Charter School, a majority of the faculty and instructional staff employed at the Charter School, the Local Board or the State Board following the procedures identified in Section 24(a). This Charter may be terminated in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 20-2-2063.3 and the accompanying State Board Rule(s) if the Local Board fails to meet the principles and standards of charter school authorizing on the Local Board’s annual evaluation for two consecutive years.
