The parties also agree to establish a working group of representatives from each party who will discuss procedures to address medical inquiries relating to managed healthcare customers, trade relations, customer service and indigent patients, but Novartis shall have sole responsibility for taking or not taking any such recommended actions at Novartis’ expense.
