Required Approvals and Consents. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Execution Date, the Parties shall make all filings required to be made in order to consummate the Transactions, including all filings under the HSR Act in accordance with Section 6.3. The Parties shall also cooperate with each other with respect to all filings that Purchaser elects to make.
