Required Capacity. CONTRACTOR must provide Commercial Recycling Service and Commercial Organic Waste Collection Service to all Commercial Service Units in the Service Area. For each Service Unit, CONTRACTOR must provide a minimum capacity of Commercial Recycling Service and Commercial Organic Waste Collection Service at no additional cost. For those Commercial Units which need more capacity than the minimum standard, CONTRACTOR may charge the Collection Service Rates as defined in Exhibit 1.
Required Capacity. Company shall provide Commercial and MFD Recycling Collection Service and Organic Waste Collection Service to all Commercial Service and MFD Units in the Service Area. For each Service Unit, Company shall offer a minimum capacity of Commercial and MFD Recycling Collection and Commercial and MFD Organic Waste Collection Service appropriate to the capacity measured as the total cubic yards collected weekly for Commercial and MFD Garbage Collection Service.
Required Capacity. Based upon the DRH data, principles of engineering, and industry standards, the Town determined that the Project per the preliminarily approved Concept Plan (Exhibit B) will be satisfactorily served.
Required Capacity. Contractor shall provide commercial Recyclable Materials collection service to all Commercial Service Units in the service area at no additional cost and Commercial Organic Waste collection service shall be provided upon subscription. For each Service Unit, Contractor shall offer a minimum capacity of commercial Recyclable Material collection as requested by the Service Recipient. The maximum capacity offered shall be measured as the total cubic yards collected weekly for commercial Solid Waste collection service.
Required Capacity. With respect to any Letter of Credit issued on or after September 30, 2008, there shall not have been a period of 75 consecutive days ending on the day such Letter of Credit is to be issued in which the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries failed to refine at least 60,000 barrels of Hydrocarbons per day at the Big Spring Refinery for at least 1 day during such period.
