Required compliance with amendment modification procedures. No different or additional services, work, or products will be authorized or performed except those that are within scope and that are memorialized in an amendment or modification of the Agreement that is executed in compliance with this article. No waiver of any term, covenant, or condition of the Agreement will be valid unless executed in compliance with this article. CONTRACTOR will not be entitled to payment for any services, work or products that are not authorized by a properly executed Agreement amendment or modification, or through the express authorization of HHSC.
