Required Consultant Actions. Upon receipt of a suspension notice, Consultant must, unless the notice requires otherwise: (1) immediately discontinue suspended Services on the date and to the extent specified in the notice (2) place no further orders or Subcontracts for items of personal property or facilities with respect to suspended Services, other than to the extent required in the notice (3) take any other reasonable steps to minimize Costs associated with the suspension (4) follow any other reasonable directives from Board concerning the suspended Services
