Required Distribution Default Provisions. (1) Unless otherwise elected by the Participant (or spouse, if applicable) by the time distributions are required to begin, life expectancies shall not be recalculated annually. Such election shall be irrevocable as to the Participant (or spouse) and shall apply to all subsequent years. The life expectancy of a non-spouse may not be recalculated.
