Nonforfeitability. The balance in an Individual’s Deemed IRA account is nonforfeitable at all times.
Nonforfeitability. The interest of the Participant in the balance in his or her Account shall at all times be nonforfeitable. The Account is established for the exclusive benefit of the Participant and his or her beneficiaries.
Nonforfeitability. The assets in your IRA are not forfeitable.

Nonforfeitability. The rights of the employee under the annuity contract (disregarding rights to future pre- miums) are nonforfeitable. An employ- ee’s rights under a contract fail to be nonforfeitable unless the employee for whom the contract is purchased has at all times a fully vested and nonforfeit- able right (as defined in regulations under section 411) to all benefits pro- vided under the contract. See para- graph (d)(2) of this section for addi- tional rules regarding the nonforfeit- ability requirement of this paragraph (a)(2).
