a. Reports to Claim Federal Medicaid Match. Staff of the ADRC and its subcontractors will complete daily activity logs, known as 100% time and task reports, using the spreadsheet format provided and required by DHS for the purpose of claiming Medicaid administration match for eligible ADRC services. ADRCs are required to submit monthly 100% time and task reports to DHS by the 20th of the month following the time report month (e.g., January’s 100% time and task report must be submitted by February 20th) or the first business day thereafter when the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday.
