Common use of Required Formal Observation(s) – Follow-Up Conversation Clause in Contracts

Required Formal Observation(s) – Follow-Up Conversation. 15.10.1 The APEX system is designed to promote continuous feedback throughout the evaluation cycle. In order to comply with minimum formal observation requirements, it is important for feedback to be timely. For formal observations, evaluators shall hold a conference (face to face) with the educator within five (5) school days of each required formal observation and/or evaluation. The follow-up conversation may be delayed through mutual agreement between the educator and evaluator.
