Contract Negotiation Meetings. 14.09 When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Alliance. Preparatory Contract Negotiation Meetings
Contract Negotiation Meetings. Upon reasonable notification, the Employer shall grant leave with pay for five (5) employees for the purpose of attending contract negotiations on behalf of the Union for the duration of such negotiations.
Contract Negotiation Meetings. The Employer will grant leave with pay to one (1) employee from each region for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Alliance as well as leave without pay for two (2) additional employees to attend such meetings.

The Employer agrees that while employees are attending contract negotiation meetings, the Employer shall continue any fringe benefit contributions and employees shall continue to earn any applicable credits.
