Required Insurance for Operating Period. The Developer will provide and maintain at its own expense, or, if the Developer is not self-performing the O&M Work, cause the O&M Contractor to provide and maintain, for the Operating Period and for any time period following the Term’s expiration if the Developer is required to return and perform any additional work in accordance with the terms hereof, the insurance coverages specified in Part 2 of Exhibit V.
